ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน (Terms of Service)

แอปพลิเคชันนี้ (“App”) จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้บริการด้านระบบอัตโนมัติ การจัดการคอนเทนต์ และการใช้งานเทคโนโลยี AI สำหรับธุรกิจและการจัดการโซเชียลมีเดีย โดยการเข้าใช้งานแอปนี้ถือว่าผู้ใช้งานตกลงยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้ หากผู้ใช้งานไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนด กรุณาหยุดการใช้งานแอปทันที
1. วัตถุประสงค์ของแอป
แอปนี้ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการสร้าง จัดการ และเผยแพร่คอนเทนต์ รวมถึงการทำงานอัตโนมัติด้วยระบบ AI เพื่อการใช้งานทางธุรกิจและการจัดการสื่อออนไลน์เท่านั้น
2. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้งาน
ผู้ใช้งานตกลงว่า:
- จะใช้งานแอปตามกฎหมาย ระเบียบ และนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์มที่เกี่ยวข้อง (รวมถึงนโยบายของ Facebook)
- จะไม่ใช้แอปในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิผู้อื่น ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหาย หรือสร้างเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสม
- รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหา ข้อมูล หรือการกระทำใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานแอปของตนเองทั้งหมด
3. การใช้และการจัดการข้อมูล
แอปอาจมีการเข้าถึง ใช้งาน หรือประมวลผลข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งานเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ โดยการจัดการข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะเป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว (Privacy Policy) ของแอป
4. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ซอฟต์แวร์ ระบบการทำงาน โครงสร้าง workflow และองค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ ของแอป ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของผู้พัฒนาแอป เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น ผู้ใช้งานไม่มีสิทธิ์คัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือเผยแพร่โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
5. การจำกัดความรับผิด
แอปให้บริการในสภาพ “ตามที่เป็น” (As Is) โดยไม่รับประกันความถูกต้อง ความต่อเนื่อง หรือความเหมาะสมในการใช้งาน ผู้พัฒนาแอปจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย การสูญเสีย หรือผลกระทบใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานหรือไม่สามารถใช้งานแอปได้ รวมถึงข้อผิดพลาดของคอนเทนต์ การโพสต์ หรือข้อจำกัดจากแพลตฟอร์มภายนอก
6. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม
แอปอาจเชื่อมต่อหรือใช้งานร่วมกับบริการของบุคคลที่สาม เช่น Facebook ระบบ Automation หรือ API ภายนอก ผู้พัฒนาแอปไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง นโยบาย หรือการหยุดให้บริการของบุคคลที่สามเหล่านั้น
7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการ
ผู้พัฒนาแอปขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับปรุง แก้ไข ระงับ หรือยกเลิกการให้บริการบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดของแอปได้ตลอดเวลา โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
8. การระงับหรือยกเลิกการใช้งาน
ผู้พัฒนาแอปอาจระงับหรือยกเลิกการเข้าถึงแอปของผู้ใช้งาน หากพบว่าผู้ใช้งานละเมิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ หรือฝ่าฝืนนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์มที่เกี่ยวข้อง
9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้งานนี้อยู่ภายใต้การบังคับและตีความตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย
